St George Christ Church + St Paul is a vibrant, inclusive church in a diverse community in Forest Hill.  We hope our website provides some useful information about who we are and what we do.

We believe we need to be there for the people who live in this parish at all times: we baptise new born babies, we bury the dead; we celebrate with joy at weddings; we comfort people in grief. And, of course, we are there for people in all the more mundane aspects of life in-between: we want to help show God’s love for all people at all times of life.

If you haven’t been to our church or even any church before, please come and visit. You may be surprised at what you find: our members are young and old, come from all sorts of ethnic backgrounds and our services celebrate God’s glory without being too precious about it. Find out more here.

We are a centre for all sorts of community groups and events, from theatre groups to brownies; from political consultations to a Montessori school. We want to reach out to the community as well as welcoming them when they come to us.

If you would like to contact us about something, our clergy and church wardens would like to hear from you. For general enquiries, you could come in person to the Church between 10.30am and 11.30am on any Saturday. Alternatively, if you prefer, you are very welcome to telephone, write or e-mail us.

Our phone numbers are in the contact us page.

If you need directions, try our Finding Us page.
